That's why I love the Inn at Sonoma. With only 19 rooms it's small and quaint but inside it's fresh and inviting. Fireplaces in every room, a hot tub on the rooftop, it's the perfect combination of price, ammenities and location.
Roll out of bed and roll downstairs for a satisfying complimentary breakfast of eggs, potatoes, fruits, cereals, breads, and juices. And coffee. Good coffee, not the standard watered down stuff found at a lot of hotels. And if the night before was a little rough (you know what I mean), call downstairs and order up breakfast in bed. Nice.
Now that the day has begun, feel free to borrow some bicycles for a ride around the little town. Stop in at Highway 12 tasting room right in the plaza for some complimentary wine tasting, then pedal down the way to Roche Winery on the other side of the plaza for, yes, more complimentary wine! Now aren't you glad you rode a bike?
The afternoon brings complimentary cheese and crackers and even more free wine - Sonoma loves its free wine. And at the end of the day, your room at The Inn at Sonoma welcomes you back with the fireplace casting a romantic ambiance and the French doors opened to let in a nice Summer breeze. But before you get too settled, sneak off to the hot tub and don't forget to grab a fresh cookie in the lobby to nibble on later.
There are a lot of places you can stay in Sonoma but few can match all that the Inn at Sonoma has to offer. Dollar for dollar, location to location, it's one of the best places to stay in Sonoma wine country.
